Thank You Ray Zegers.<\/li>\n<li>It was brought to the attention of the Team that the Kitchen desperately needs painting. Brad will handle this\u2026 check with him on timing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Old Business:<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Back Door:<\/strong> New Back door installed by Albright.\u00a0 Pastor Kevin noticed was leaking and talked with Tom Z about it.\u00a0\u00a0 Tom did get in touch with Brad and this was addressed.\u00a0 Door does need to be painted, and this will be completed by Ray Z. \/ Brad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Brad will take care of repairing the wall in the area by the door.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Coffee Maker:<\/strong> Several comments, some positive, some negative.\u00a0 Line gets to long with food by the kitchen window.\u00a0 Suggested that we move food on counter where the coffee is.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Carpet Cleaner:<\/strong> No new update from Betts\/ John.\u00a0\u00a0 Betts did check out online on the dry carpet cleaner.\u00a0 We have a Host machine and not able to get the dry cleaning material that goes with the machine.\u00a0 There is another product called Capture\u2026wondered if we could possible use that with the machine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sancturay Ceiling:<\/strong> Kate has been trying to get in touch with a Acoustic Painting Specialist.\u00a0 Has attempted to make contact with Miron Construction.\u00a0 Ben Manning suggested contacting the Grand,\u00a0 &amp; PAC to see if they could give any imput\/recommendations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Electrical System Update:<\/strong> Per Daryl R.\u00a0 many issues.\u00a0 All from the time the building was constructed.\u00a0 No one to go back on.\u00a0 <strong>ALL LED LIGHTS WERE COMPLETED 2019.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fiber Optic Cable <\/strong>(Request by Pastor Kevin)\u00a0 Need to check with Neil B. on Blue Tooth option.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quotes for deferred Maintenance &amp; Replacement: <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>HVAC (furnace replacement) <\/strong>Brad<\/li>\n<li><strong>Electrical <\/strong>Daryl<\/li>\n<li><strong>Addition or Basement Remodel <\/strong>Kate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ben Manning Joined our meeting to give the Team some information on Egress Window if we would do basement remodel.\u00a0 It was then brought up if using the basement was the route we decided to proceed with, would we need an elevator.\u00a0 It was decided we need to get that information before we could make a decision on remodel, stick building, pre-fab.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>New Business:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New Railings: <\/strong>It was brought to the attention of our Team that we should look into having some railings installed on the steps leading up to the altar. (Safety Issue) \u00a0This would be to aid people who are doing the readings &amp; serving communion.\u00a0 The team agreed unanimously that railing should be installed off to the side.\u00a0 Recommendation will be sent to Council.\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>NOTE: <\/strong>\u00a0Per Daryl we will need to anchor into concrete and <strong>before<\/strong> drilling we need to locate conduit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sound System:<u> <\/u><\/strong>The sound system is failing.\u00a0\u00a0 Met with Vendor on Friday, 01\/10\/20.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They will be getting back to us with recommendations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Spring Cleaning: <\/strong>Possible dates:\u00a0\u00a0 Sunday April 26th or Sunday May 3<sup>rd<\/sup>. Since we had previously signed a contract with LaForce, Kate will send a letter informing them that due to their non-response re: getting this scheduled, we have determined we need to go with another company.<\/p><p><strong><u>Sanctuary Ceiling<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0 While Steve from Albright was here, he looked at our Sanctuary Ceiling.\u00a0 He says it can be spray painted with a newer type paint, that will not add much weight.\u00a0 He will be sending a quote.\u00a0 The alternative is to purchase the appropriate paint, rent the lift, etc. and Ed will donate the labor to do it.\u00a0 We have no timeline.<\/p><p><strong><u>Deferred Maintenance and\/or Replacement<\/u><\/strong>: Kate is asking that various items be looked at by a Vendor for estimated longevity and a quote for the purpose of hopefully building an emergency fund so we can repair\/replace as needs occur or be proactive prior to having a crisis. The following will be looked at:<\/p><ul><li>Youth Room \u2013 get quotes for upgrading basement including egress window, etc. vs adding a manufactured home vs a stick addition<\/li><li>Parking lot sealing and resurfacing<\/li><li>Roof repair\/replacement<\/li><li>Siding repair\/replacement<\/li><li>All flooring repair\/replacement \u2013 Betts meeting with A.
