MINUTES<\/p>\n
PRESENT:\u00a0 Neil Bjornstad, Tim White, Dennis Cartwright, Lou Zwicky, Warren Winter, Tom Zillges, Jan Olson<\/p>\n
Neil opened meeting with UPDATE OF MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE <\/strong>with following changes:<\/p>\n Backflow Preventer Test:\u00a0 Per Warren, done late last year \u2013 will put it in March 2019<\/p>\n Quarterly Fire System Test:\u00a0 was done on Dec. 4, 2018<\/p>\n Floor Waxing of Sanctuary:\u00a0 will move to summer, 2019<\/p>\n <\/p>\n OPEN ISSUES FROM NOVEMBER:<\/p>\n Emergency Lighting\/Battery status & install<\/strong>:\u00a0 Turns out best price\/quantity is ordering thru Amazon.\u00a0 Tim has done this and awaiting arrival; will then install.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Water softener salt re-supply<\/strong>:\u00a0 Thank you Betts for creating a chart to track usage, which is now down with the supply.\u00a0 It is thought we go thru approximately 2 bags\/month.\u00a0 The group set the re-order trigger at an inventory of 6 bags.\u00a0 Orders come from Larsen Coop.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Painting Hallways<\/strong>:\u00a0 Ray Zegers still planning on doing, is procuring paint; no date set.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Electrical Compliance Issues<\/strong>:\u00a0 Daryl continues to work on it; exhaust fan in kitchen now working.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n East Door Repair\/Replacement<\/strong>:\u00a0 All quotes reuse present exit closure and door knob:<\/p>\n Luecks:\u00a0 $3800<\/p>\n LaForce:\u00a0 $3198<\/p>\n Block Iron:\u00a0 $1252 (does not include labor costs)<\/p>\n Albright:\u00a0 $3,480 (would reuse present door which needs repainting;
