Neil opened meeting at 6:30 P.M. The following were present: Neil Bjornstad, Dennis Cartwright, Tom Zillges, Warren Winter, Daryl Ramlow , & Betts Nikolai
\nMaintenance & Spring Cleaning Tasks: (These are projects that were on list & have not been completed)
\n\u2022\tEast End Door was looked at and was supposed to be painted. It is rusted out and needs to be replaced. Need to get estimate for new door.
\n\u2022\tNew Belt for Roof Exhauster Air Handler
\n\u2022\tDead Bushes need to be taken out. (Dave Klemp will handle)
\n\u2022\tPond Maintance (Betts to call Russ G. )
\n\u2022\tExterior Power Wash need to set up for sometime in July-August.
\n\u2022\tHVAC Parts & Computer & Electronics that are not in use. Need to get in one area & recycle.
\n\u2022\tStrip & Wax Sanctuary Floors. (to be done sometime this summer)
\n\u2022\tLawn weed & fertilize\u2026. Tom to get estimate.
\n\u2022\tNeil to contact Derek Schaeffer (SBS) regarding Men\u2019s bathroom toilet (non-handicapped stall). Need to get quote on possible replacement.
\nHVAC:
\n\u2022\tNo new status update from Terry.
\nLED Lighting Upgrades:
\n\u2022\tNeil to get letter to Cindy Hendren with explanation of upgrade for funding from Thrift.
\n\u2022\tDaryl gave update on estimated Cost to complete project
\nTasks Completed Since last meeting: Most of this done at Spring Cleaning on May, 7th
\n\u2022\tDoor Key repaired
\n\u2022\tBetts talked to Darlene regarding cleaning disposal on a Monthly basis. She is to add this to her monthly tasks, or as needed. Did pick up cleaning agents to do this and placed under sink in Kitchen.
\n\u2022\tWd-40 on Center post of Middle Outside & around nooks & crannies that needed to be oiled.
\n\u2022\tBase boards, window ledges, sills, & door ledges all wiped down.
\n\u2022\tAll tables and chairs in gathering area wiped down
\n\u2022\tCarpet in Sancturary cleaned.
\n\u2022\tBasement cleaned & organized
\n\u2022\tGarbage & Debris picked up around grounds.
\n\u2022\tBelts Checked & replaced on Roof Exhauster Air Handler. Need to pick up a new belt, the one that is on is wrong size.
\n\u2022\tShingles that were missing on Roof about Pastor\u2019s office & Nursery were replaced by Roof Contractor that Geoff Hendren was in touch with.
\n\u2022\tFurnace Filters Changed. Thank You Warren.<\/p>\n
Old Business:
\n\u2022\tMaintenance Position\u2026 Waiting to hear from Council
\n\u2022\tParking Lot repair & re-surface. At this time we will just repair cracks & Seal. Next year will put in budget to resurface & stripe.<\/p>\n
Next B & G Meeting is Tuesday, September 12 , 2017 @ 6:30. (will not be meeting during Summer, will keep in touch via e-mail & phone)
